Adr rocks

This is famous area (one of European highest and largest sandstone rock cities).

  4. Echo (but it doesn't work, trees nearby rail are too high)
  5. Way to rock lake - attraction for tourists - ship for 20 people, about 20 minutes

  3. Krasavice (Beauty) - Ways as Beauty without veil and Old Way (7- UIAA)
  4. Vevoda (Baron?) - Old Times, great way (7-UIAA)
  5. Španělská stěna (Spanish wall) - Easy beautiful way Student's doublecrack (3)
  6. Dzban (Jag)
  7. Grandmother's easy chair - on north edge is the interesting way
  8. Homole cukru
  9. Eliščina věž (Tower of Eliska) - Easiest way is 6+ UIAA
  10. Milenci (The Lovers)
  11. Gilotina - I would like to climb The edge of falls (7 UIAA), but that name scared me ...
  12. Chimney of Sugar factory - this rock has very nice shape

  17. The Castle - The Vault is a good looking crack ending with overhang, would you like to climb it with me?
  18. The King - first tower climbed in 1925 (5 UIAA), Dechac VIIIb (7 UIAA) is one of my climbing succeses

Eliška. Alice's tower, dominant. Very popular, but climbing is not so easy.

Old way is from the back side and popular crack (Police's way) is just opposite from you.

Vévoda. Popular way The Old Times, wellknown that there is difficult to recognize the right moment to start to traverse. In background you can see lake (no. 1 in map).

Stepanska koruna is an important rock for climbers. Most popular way is Edge of valley (7 UIAA). You can see it on this photo. Easiest way is chimney ( 4UIAA). The top of this rock is one of the biggest and it's also high situated. Homole cukru This tower looks interesting, but there was only few climbers on its top. E. g. Craig Smith. There is no way accepting climbing rules in this area.

The Lovers The highest sandstone rock in Europe - The Lovers.. There is (thin) The Lover on the left, The Loveress is on the right (a bit fat). It's possible to jump from one top to the other. They play a role for me as a symbol. I was on this top 8 times including twice solo. One of the best climbing to them was by Airway (Letecka cesta), most popular way to The Lovers. It was made in 1965, contains 5 circles/more than 100 meters, klas. 7+ UIAA. If you would like to climb it, be careful - the difficulties are on its second half!

Mayor
Mayor and his wife (Starosta a Starostova)
Most popular ADR's panorama. The mayor is at the center, his wife on the right side. (Do you know name of the rock on the left?) The average climber should be able to climb to the both of this rocks, but The Mayor Old way is more beautiful.

Very polular climbing attraction is bridging (?). If you draw the rope from one top to the other, you can drive in 70 meters high over the ground. Tourists enjoy this attraction too as I guess. Next picture - that's me (you needn't rotate it!).
